Salomon leaves R'down trail run
多伦多的Sunnybrook Park 这一片有不错的骑车、慢跑、散步小道，今天和多跑的跑友参加了Salomon 多伦多专卖店组织的周末越野跑活动，有机会窥探了几条越野跑小径，进入Edward Gardens 南行一段后拐入树林中，小径上铺满了树叶，蜿蜒曲折，上下起伏，只跑了一圈11公里，觉得比龙润的20公里还累。这说明自己的耐力 - 心肺耐力和肌肉耐力还很差，这是短板，需要多练。

早春观鸟 初试大白
原计划今天去Scenic Caves XC Skiing 滑雪，为这个冬季的越野滑雪活动完美收宫，但昨天的 18公里的 long run 后感觉膝盖和小腿酸胀，于是 "果断” 放弃滑雪，让双腿歇息一下，毅然加入打鸟小分队。
Dong 的大白镜头放在我这里有些天了，今天终于有机会体验一下了。

深秋时节，和几位好友又来到了Scotsdale Farm & Silver Creek CA，微风迎面吹来，带来秋天的凉意，映入眼帘的是那一片片金黄色的树林和遍地的斑斓，感受着生命的轮回的季节。

CIBC Run for the Cure
今天是多伦多每年一度的CIBC Run for the Cure 为乳腺癌治愈健步募捐活动，通过筹款，从而促进对乳腺癌的研究及教育宣传。
有时真的感到人的生命很脆弱，我们不知道那些病症离我们有多远；而对那些病人来说，接受治疗，接受手术，接受命运也需要很大的勇气和关爱。很高兴能够和数以万计的人们一起，走出家门，尽自己所能参加这个活动，募集款项，帮助那些需要帮助的人们。每个人参加的理由各有不同，但大家都有一个相同的目标：We can beat cancer!
非常感谢我的朋友们的支持和捐款。

Toronto Raptors host Brooklyn Nets for Game 1 of playoff best-of-seven series, beginning at 12:30 pm today.
Toronto fans without a ticket can join the party at Maple Leaf Square, next to the Air Canada Centre, starting at 10:30 a.m., two hours before the game.

Bluffers Park
早晨6点钟起床，带着F-Stop 背包和三脚架，7点钟到了Bluffers park. 这是2014年的第一外拍，虽然气温回升，但路面上仍然覆盖晶莹闪亮的冰块，在靴子上套上了Kahtoola MICROspikes Traction Device，可以轻松自如的在冰面上行走。
天气有些阴沉沉的，湖面上漂浮着碎冰，波浪拍岸与积雪混合后冻成的冰块挂在岸边。

骄阳八月向日葵花开了
今天去hiking, 走了一段 Dundas Valley Ancaster Waterfalls trail.
在走trail 前，先去参观了向日葵花田。
记得前几年去布鲁斯半岛的路上，曾看到过大片的向日葵，但只是开车而过。今早来到位于Hamilton 的种植着大片向日葵的农场（south of Safari road on the West side of Hwy 6），据说有近万亩地，而且是四年一轮回，就是说再过4年，他们才再种向日葵。
蔚蓝色的天空白云悠悠地飘动，金黄的葵花向着太阳，扬起了千万张笑脸。

多伦多动物园
初寒乍冷，热情未息。虽然天空飘着小雪花，冷风嗖嗖，还是和几位朋友一起在动物园游荡了5个多小时。也许是进入了冬季的缘故，许多动物都没露面，像美洲豹、大象、火烈鸟等都未见踪影。
这次带的是Panasonic G3 相机（Micro Four Third system）加 Panny 100-300mm 镜头，总体还比较满意这套组合。

Rouge Park
美丽的风景就在我们的身边，位于多伦多东部的 Rouge Park 可以说是加拿大最大的城市野生公园，有丰富的植物及多种自然生态、蜿蜒的徒步小径，潺潺的河水从北向东南汇入安大略湖。

Bike to Work Day - Monday, May 28, 2012
星期一的Bike to Work 是多伦多Bike Month 第一天的活动。
May 28th. 2012. 7a.m- 10 a.m. Commuters from around the City meet to ride together from start points and converge at Yonge and Bloor for 7:30a.m. City start points are staffed with ride coordinators and a Police escort. Riders will receive a free Bike Month t-shirt as well as complimentary breakfast at City Hall (while supplies last). This event is organised by the City of Toronto and the Cycle Toronto.
The ride leaves from various start locations at 7:00a.m and meets at Yonge and Bloor for 7:30a.m. From there the ride heads to Nathan Phillips Square for 8:00a.m to enjoy a complimentary pancake breakfast and other festivities.
