Friday walking home after work
步行健身,是个简单易行有效的锻练方法之一,虽然它不需要昂贵的装备,但需要恒心和毅力,周五下班走路回家,已经连续走了四次了,这是11日的记录,19.1KM, 用了3小时12分。
